Angela & Ludwik’s Wedding at the Henley Room Part II

Angela and Ludwik were blessed with stormy skies and endless rain on their wedding day, which made for beautifully moody landscapes.  I love the drama and personality storms add to photographs. It’s a different kind of beauty from your usual sunny skies. 

Angela and Ludwik held their wedding ceremony and reception at the lovely Henley Room, which is home to the Toronto Argonaut Rowing Club. 

The Henley Room is right on Lake Ontario so the views from the venue are just gorgeous: there is little that can compare to sunsets over a lake. 

It’s so rare to find venues like this: it’s intimate; it has stunning light, especially when the sun sets over the lake; and it’s a wonderful canvas for a DIY wedding. 

Angela and Ludwik had such a relaxed and fun wedding, which made for wonderful candid moments. It was everything a wedding should be.
