I’m slowly blogging my way through past family sessions, and I came across this adorable munchkin’s photos from last fall in Markham. Here are some highlights. 

Photographing a family just as a baby has entered their lives is a beautiful thing. I always find it a privilege and a joy to capture those early fleeting moments of a new life. Here are some of my favourite images from a newborn session last summer. I’m only just getting around to blogging these, but they’re too sweet to pass on. 

I had the honour of spending a wonderfully hot August day with Natalie and Steven and their wonderful family and friends in Oshawa for their wedding. These two are hilarious, goofy and so good-natured. It was a pleasure being their photographer. The details of their wedding spoke to who they are, from the fun Superman and Wonder Woman cake toppers and the delicious Italian food to the photographs honouring family members who had passed away. Their church, St. John’s Ukranian Orthodox Church, was such a beautiful and sacred place for them to exchange their vows, and Tosca Banquet Hall has a lovely Italian vibe and incredible food.
